What to Expect

Training

When I train with a client my number one focus is form. Whether your goals are to lose weight, build muscle, or improve for a competition you cant achieve any of it if you're injured. New or experienced lifters get the same treatment. If you're working with me, then you're looking to grow. Trust my process, be patient, and you will see the difference.

Nutrition

All the training in the world isn't going to get you where you want to be if your nutrition sucks. I offer nutritional advice to all my clients and in depth plans for those looking for them. Whether I'm your nutrionist or not, expect me to bring it up if I can tell you aren't backing your workout with a proper diet.

Programming

Programming is what I get asked for the most. So let me say this, if I don't know how you lift and if you don't lift well, I will not make you a program. Why? Read the training paragraph. My goal is not to waste my clients time. Its not about the money, it's about achievement. If you can't work cleanly, then I cant make you a program that works. Lift with me, learn with me, and then we will talk.
